it has been a long time since I added to this Blog. There has been lots of news…. so here goes.
After quite an absence updating this site, I decided it was about time. Life has been busy with some teaching in Australia at Grampian Textures this past March and a solo exhibition of my Polar Expressions work based on over 20 years of art and textiles based on the Arctic, Iceland and Antarctica. I am taking this show - with extra new work, to the Festival of Quilts at the NEC, Birmingham 1-4 August. It has been amazing to see the pieces all together. A true labour of love from my early Diploma work to my most recent stitch studies.
Come and visit TG18 if you are visiting the Festival this year. I have produced a new small book for the exhibition.
My new book Polar Expressions will be available at the Festival or by post.
